The vacuum power unit, in it’s entirety carries a Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser at the original installation address for normal usage. The original purchaser is required to bring their central vacuum unit into an Authorized Dealer every five years for maintenance and to inspect the carbon brushes. All other accessories including hoses and power brushes carry a 2 year warranty excluding consumables (belts). Please ask your Authorized Dealer about commercial usage warranties.

Maintaining Your Warranty

For proper preventative maintenance and to maintain the Lifetime Warranty, the purchaser must bring in the power unit to an Easy-Flo Authorized Dealer once EVERY 5 years. This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by misuse or abnormal usage. This warranty is void if repairs or alterations to the power unit are made by anyone who is not an Easy-Flo Authorized Dealer. Call 1-800-EASYFLO if you have any questions about maintaining your Lifetime Warranty. A small service charge to cover dealer labor may be applied. All defective parts will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

Getting Warranty Service

In the event of product failure, always phone your local Easy-Flo Authorized Dealer first. If you can’t remember the dealer’s name, please call 1-800-EASYFLO for the newarest Authorized Dealer. The original invoice must accompany any warranty request. You will be responsible for taking or shipping the defective equipment to the nearest Easy-Flo Authorized Dealer and picking it up when ready. A small service charge to cover handling and labor may be applied. All defective parts will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
